In this blog I explain the current planetary context and how the planets are guiding our inner journey and awakening at this time.

The movements and zodiac signs of the planets and their alignments with each other reveal how we are being stimulated, directed, and supported by the planets.
In this blog, I explain the most recent transits in 2026 and how we can design our self-inquiry and personal practice to ‘align with the Divine.’ our ultimate human goal.
A New Era – Cosmic Reset
The shifts in zodiac signs and the alignment of the 3 outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) define the cosmic context within which we operate. All 3 of the outer planets have changed signs in the last 18 months. This is very rare!
And now there are transformational alignments between the 3 outer planets that are further affecting us and the world.
* Pluto entered Aquarius in December 2024 and stays through 2044.
* Neptune entered Aries January 27, 2026.
* Saturn entered Aries February 14, 2026.
Saturn has a 2 ½ year cycle and is the last visible planet before Uranus.
* February 20, 2026 Saturn and Neptune meet at zero degrees Aries – the very beginning of a new cycle through the zodiac.
A new Era has begun. We have entered uncharted territory where everything is in flux, including ourselves.
The basic message of zero degrees Aries is about awakening to our individuality – (1) finding our soul self, (2) stepping out of old patterns and releasing debilitating conditioning that defines us in inauthentic ways of being.
Uranus Enters Gemini
* April 26, 2026 Uranus entered Gemini for 7 years.
Uranus in Taurus renewed our interest in health, wellness, and global warming, i.e. the health of the planet.
In Gemini our interest turns to (1) consciousness and compassionate communication with ourselves and others. (2) Finding our own voice, and (3) expressing our own truth.
The Gemini Twins like lots of activity and to explore the world. The Gemini Archetype is about (1) exploring the world of duality, (2) learning from our interactions and our adventures, (3) how we communicate and express ourselves, (4) our inner and outer voice, and (4) what we listen to.
Gemini is curious, playful, and likes to have fun. Gemini reminds us to not take everything so seriously.
Uranus changes signs every 7 years. Known as the planet of awakening, abrupt change, disruption, innovation, revolution, and miracles. Uranus’ shocking mode of operation creates situations that get our attention and force us to make major changes in our lives, and wake up.
For example if we don’t notice (or take action) that we have outgrown our job, we might get fired. We will certainly notice when we don’t get a pay check, we will look for another job. We will do something about our new circumstances.
Uranus energy creates conditions that ‘stress test’ what we consider real, workable, or least able to adapt to. What is genuine survives the challenges. What is fantasy or untenable is exposed. Uranus dismantles structures and narratives that are built on sand.
For example – During the 16 years that Pluto was in Capricorn (November 27, 2008 – December 2024) globalization of the international economy and the realization that we are all one and have one home – Planet Earth got locked into our consciousness.
During this time there has been more and more concentration and consolidation of power and wealth. And dissatisfaction has been growing as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer’.
With Pluto in Aquarius and the awakening of people power, a new popular base is growing and protesting. A popular base is forming that realizes that old structures need to be reformed or new structures need to be created that allow for a more equitable distribution of opportunities and wealth.
Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto do not automatically bring in something new or bring us a future that we imagine or hope for. If we want a more just and egalitarian world we have to ask – What is not working and why? And how can I participate in creating something new?
The Gift of Womanhood Course and our mission to inner empower women globally is born from this awakening that if we want real planetary change we have to take responsibility for helping to create it.
So the question is not what the planets Uranus or Pluto will deliver. That is not how realty and transformation work. That is wishful thinking and hoping to be saved by something outside ourselves.
The question that we can investigate is what is outdated and am I willing to do my part in creating a different future? We can share the teaching of woman’s inner empowerment with as many women as possible. We can be a teacher of heart-centered consciousness.
Stimulated by Aries, we can ask – What can I shed to be freer, feel more authentic, and more real? How can I express the universal energies in ways that are an authentic expression of who I am?
The Air Era – What Is Real?
We are full on in a new era of the Air Element. We have moved out of the Earth Element era. In 2020 when Saturn and Jupiter met at 0 degrees Aquarius, a new 200 year air cycle began. Pluto entered Aquarius 2024. Now Uranus is in Gemini. Both Air Signs.
The introduction of AI has catapulted us into the mind, advanced technology, and extraordinary breakthroughs that we can’t even imagine.
AI can be liberating or foster cheating, alienation, divert us from human life and our path to awaken to heart-centered consciousness.
AI has us asking the great existential questions. – What is real? Am I real?
One of our major challenges is the blurring of what is real.
It is difficult to distinguish between what is authentic and what is not.
Are we communicating with a real person or a fake?
We cannot hide behind thinking, masks, roles, constructed identities, inherited and made up scripts, thinking, or make up stories.
We can get lost in our mind. The Air element makes neutral detachment possible, but also fosters alienation and loneliness. We get lost and spaced out and don’t know where we go. Where did you/I go?
Antidotes include being grounded in our body and connecting with Mother Earth, feeling alive in our body, and being present with our breath in our heart.
How do I have a relationship with myself that is real in both physical and non-physical dimensions?
The Heart Chakra is the Air Element. And it is in our body.
- How does the Air element (mind and heart) help us experience what is real, authentic, and genuine? And distinguish it from what is fake and fabricated in our mind?
- We have to develop both (1) awakened consciousness and (2) a feeling in-the-body connection with what is not tangible, abstract, invisible, and never changes. It is not a belief, an opinion, or dogma. It is a non-verbal experience.
First we activate an authentic connection with inner space in our neutral mind, where we experience silence, stillness, and peace that is always there.
When we are stuck in the lower 3 chakras and attached to the physical aspects of our identity, we limit and avoid our experience of what is real.
We have to clear our human illusions first and deal with the emotional and physical pain that we are experiencing. We have to go through physical pain to earn our way into the non-physical reality of grace and Love.
Our heart is the bridge to what connects the truth in both physical and non-physical reality – to the pure consciousness of our soul.
Spiritualize Matter
The big human challenge is that we have to spiritualize matter. We have to bring spirit into physical reality. We don’t escape physical reality. We transform it with Love, feeling, and heart.
Our human experience is an in-the-body feeling. Feeling only exists in physical reality and in our body. We align with the divine in our heart.
Self love and Mother Love are what align us with the divine in our heart and in our body.
Our physical body can calm down and relax when it feels that it is loved. We feel safe in the energy/frequency of love.
Air, the mind, the heart are where we awaken to the energy of Love and know I am the Light of Love.
The Cosmic Forces Are Favorable
Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius are in a trine, which means flowing and supportive. The planetary forces that shape the world are in alignment through 2029. We will start to feel that things line up, openings are being created, and there is flowing momentum. And Gemini reminds us to have fun and not take everything seriously!
Kundalini Yoga Practice
We use Kundalini Yoga to raise our body and mind to the Love frequency. Connecting with our breath is key.
