Wishful thinking and even a positive attitude are not enough for 2023. The planetary shifts are as significant as those of 2020, but this time, instead of being reminded of what is wrong, we are supported in creating the inner change that aligns us with universal energies, so they can better serve us to awaken our soul/true nature.
It is an exciting time to be alive. But we have to transform internally to take advantage of this great opportunity. We definitely need a meditative mind and stable inner foundation in order to take advantage of what is in store!
This workshop continues my goal of facilitating inner empowerment through easily accessible meditation. Anyone who has been hesitant about meditation, doesn’t know where to start, needs specific guidance and encouragement, and wants more authentic connection with their inner reality, will welcome my new approach to this vitally important topic.
