2026 kicks off a new era on Planet Earth, which “officially” begins February 21, 2026, when Neptune (non-physical reality) meets Saturn (physical reality) at zero degrees Aries. The last time Neptune and Saturn met at 0° Aries was approximately 9000 years ago, when the agriculture era and human settlements began.
The ultimate beginning of the 360 degree zodiac is 0° Aries. And that is now! Zero degrees Aries is when we are born and when we are reborn. Aries is about birthing the Self.
The new era opens the door for a new beginning in every arena of life on Planet Earth. In 2026 we are going to under go a complete inner and outer paradigm shift. In our year-long course The Gift of Womanhood, we are awakening to a whole new way to know and relate to ourselves as women, the power of our magical essence, and our revolutionary role in the world.
2026 is an Historic Year
What makes 2026 an historic year? Major shifts happen when the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) enter new signs and align with each other. The movement and alignment of the planets inform us of cycles and shifts of energies that affect life on planet Earth. The outer planets set the tone.
A new era is being born, which means that a fundamental shift in how our earthly reality is being structured. How we experience life and ourselves is being radically and lovingly transformed.
Recalibration
We can feel very strange during this intense recalibration. When I try to identify what I am feeling, I can’t find a name. If you feel weird, you are not alone. My best advise is
(1) do your Kundalini Yoga practice and stay in feeling awareness in your body,
(2) take good care of yourself, and
(3) don’t engage in stressful attitudes or activities.
Pivotal Dates
January 26 – Neptune enters Aries for 14 years.
February 14 – Saturn enters Aries for 2 1/2 years,
February 21-22 – Neptune and Saturn meet at 0 degrees Aries.
April 26 – Uranus enters Gemini for almost 7 years.
The pivotal astrological ‘event’ in 2026 is the conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at 0° Aries on February 21. When Uranus moves into Gemini April 26, we will know for sure that we are in a new world.
The world will not instantaneously look different, and we won’t instantly be a new version of ourselves. But stay tuned. We are already feeling that something is brewing deep within.
A Profound Inner Alignment
We are stepping into the unknown, but with a sense of knowing and confidence in ourselves. We are each undergoing a profound inner alignment, where our human being and soul meet — a homecoming to ourselves. Old scripts fall away. The mist clears. What we see and feel are different. There is space for a new story that is defined by our soul purpose.
We are full on in the Aquarian Age where our relationship with the collective is defined by how we choose to participate, not by how the collective structures control and manipulate us for the benefit of the elite few. Our sense of identity, our relationship with society, and society itself are being reconfigured.
Capricorn New Moon at 28° – January 18
The first new moon of the year is a very unusual and supportive new moon. The geometry of the planets is spectacular. The new moon and Sun are conjunct all the personal planets and Pluto. The six planet stellium connects every aspect of our lives. This is a perfect time to set our new year and new era resolutions.
New moons are when we plant our seeds. This is not the time to harvest or expect concrete results. It is a time to define how we wish to build our future.
The alignment of the planets support new initiatives. The cycles of the planets speak to us. This Capricorn new moon tells us that this is a time for fresh starts.
The Capricorn Goat helps us set ambitious, but achievable goals. If we are going to climb the mountain of our life, we need a realistic idea of where we want to go. And if we are not sure, we commit to listening to and following our heart. We must trust our soul and the universe to guide us.
A Total Alignment
What is unique about this new moon is the stellium alignment. Mars, Mercury, Moon, and Sun are all in the last degrees of Capricorn. Venus and Pluto are in 1° and 3° Aquarius. Capricorn represents what we have been building and will build in the future. Pluto and Venus in Aquarius guide us into the new world.
The Sun is our purpose.
The Moon is how we feel about where we are going.
Venus tells us what we want to do with our life.
Mercury speaks our truth.
Mars says this is what I am going to do.
With this level of planetary alignment, what we want (Venus) and what we commit to do (Mars) bring together clarity, will power, and dedicated commitment.
Pluto Demands the Truth
Pluto in Aquarius stirs up the bottom of the pot, giving us access to our deepest truth. Pluto forces us to face our wounds and identify our conditioning so we can release the self-sabotaging falsehoods that trip us up and prevent us from climbing to our destination.
To reach the gate of liberation, we have to stand in front of mirror of our truth. We have to identify the stories, the excuses, the lies, and the inauthentic façades we have been hiding behind. The good news is that once we are honest, they lose their power. A deeper knowing of who we are and what we are here to do surfaces.
Our truth lights a fire inside us that burns away the past and clears the space for something completely new. As the door to the past closes, a new phase of our lives begins with new opportunities, new priorities, and new choices.
Reset and Turning Point
We are undergoing a profound reset at many levels, which coalesces as a major turning point in our lives. Something decisive is shifting in our inner reality. Our priorities shift. We redefine what is important and what is worth our time and effort, and what makes life worth living.
This new moon and the days that follow give us a moment to pause and reflect. As we step into a new reality, we can feel the transformative power. Our job is to consciously align ourselves with our truth and what we came here to offer to the world — so something new can take root.
We undergo a reality check. Our revised values are aligned when Venus and Mars are activated together – desire and will. This is a moment of clarity and commitment. What really matters to you? What is your destiny? What legacy do you want to leave?
Don’t try to plan the details. Be present to what you feel. Listen to your heart and let your soul speak to you. Let your future unfold.
